Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken in very lightly salted water until tender.
Make sure enough water is included to yield 3 cups of broth.
Remove chicken from bones and cut in pieces.
Cook onion in chicken broth until tender.
Mix milk and soup well.
Place cut-up chicken in casserole dish which has been lightly greased with butter.
Pour milk and soup mixture over chicken.
Add onion.
Place dressing on top of this and pour melted butter over all.
Bake in moderate oven, 350Β°, until dressing is brown and casserole is bubbly.
