Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, stewed with salt, pepper, onion and bay leaf, 2 pkg. stove top stuffing, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 soup can milk and nonstick cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
When chicken breasts are cooked, remove from water and allow to cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix soup with can of milk until well blended. In a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer dressing, then chicken, then soup mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour. Uncover casserole and continue to cook for another 1/2 hour. Great with a salad and rolls.
