Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 chicken breasts, 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked, 1/2 lb. medium or sharp shredded cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Bake chicken 1 hour at 350°, then cut into small pieces.
In greased casserole layer starting with chicken, then broccoli, then sauce made up of mixture of last 4 ingredients, then cheese.
I usually get 2 sets of layers.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
(Not in recipe, but good with water chestnuts and carrots added.)
