Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryers, 1 clove garlic, 1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut chicken into parts and rinse and pat dry.
Combine garlic, sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
Coat chicken in sour cream mixture and chill, covered, for several hours or overnight. Butter a large shallow baking dish.
Roll chicken pieces in crumbs and arrange in single layer in baking dish.
Drizzle with melted butter and bake in 350Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
