Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with whole chicken breasts, oleo or margarine, c. onions, c. celery and cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil chicken until done; remove skin and bones and cut up. Saute celery and onions until tender.
Mix with stuffing and 1/2 can chicken broth.
Mix the 2 cans of soup together and add rest of broth.
Grease casserole dish and layer stuffing mix, chicken and soup.
Reserve some stuffing for top of layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
