Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces. Mix mayonnaise, soup, onion, celery and broth. Add chicken.
Place 1/2 package of stuffing mix on bottom of pan; spread mixture on top. Top with rest of stuffing mix; bake at 350Β° for about an hour or until it is bubbly and brown on top.
Use a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
