Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces (do not add salt), 1 stick margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 small pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
Place 1/2 of chicken pieces in bottom of baking dish.
Spoon 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup on top of chicken pieces.
Add 1/2 stuffing.
Pour 1 cup chicken broth over stuffing.
Repeat procedure for second time.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until bubbling.
Serves 8 to 10.
