Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cooked, deboned chicken breasts, cut into bite size (save broth for gravy), 2 c. cooked noodles, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions and celery in oleomargarine until soft.
Mix chicken bites, noodles, onion/celery, salt and pepper and place in buttered casserole.
Pour diluted soup over chicken mixture and top with bread crumbs.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
