Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, 1 stick margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 4 chicken breasts or whole chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stew chicken; do not salt.
Pick chicken off bone; set aside. Save broth.
Melt margarine; stir into stuffing mix.
In a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish, layer stuffing mix, onion, chicken pieces and mushroom soup (diluted with 1 can broth).
Layer again the stuffing mix, onion, chicken pieces and chicken soup diluted with can of broth.
Top with stuffing crumbs.
Bake until brown at 350Β°.
