Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts (cook until tender reserving 1 c. broth), 1 stick margarine (melted), 1 stack white crackers (crumbled), 1 8 oz. box sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
Mix in crumbled crackers.
Leave enough crackers in dish to cover bottom.
Debone chicken and mix with sour cream, cream of chicken soup and broth. Season with salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste.
Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining crackers.
Bake 1 hour at 300Β°.
You may also use leftover turkey or chicken and canned broth.
