Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens, 2 cans water chestnuts, sliced, 3 c. chopped celery, 3 c. cooked rice and 2 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook chicken; cut into bite-size pieces.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and fold all ingredients together, with exception of cheese.
Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish . Sprinkle cheese on top with a few buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
