Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boned chicken breasts (about 14 pieces) (1 large purdue chicken breasts = 4 pieces), 2 to 3 c. cooked rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spread rice on bottom of casserole dish; spread with onion or mushroom slices or both.
Mix cans of soup together.
Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over rice.
Add chicken and cover with rest of soup mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with French fried onion rings and bake 1 more hour.
