Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken in water.
Cut into pieces.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add flour and blend.
Add broth, milk and soup; cook until thick.
Mix stuffing with butter and water as directions on package.
Grease 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Arrange chicken, sauce and stuffing in layers.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°. Serves 6. Serve with cranberry sauce.
