Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. chicken broth and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken until tender; debone, if necessary, and save broth.
Place stuffing mix, chicken broth and soups in a large casserole dish.
Mix well.
Add chicken, making sure all meat is covered with stuffing mixture.
Dot with butter; salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour, then remove and allow the top to brown slightly.
