Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 chicken breasts, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup, 1 (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook chicken breast in water.
Add desired seasoning.
Reserve 2 cups broth.
Cool breast enough to handle, discard bone and skin.
Tear chicken in pieces and place in buttered casserole (1 stick).
Combine soups and milk, pour over chicken.
Melt 3/4 stick of butter in broth and add to stuffing mix, blending lightly.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
