Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cans water, 1 c. uncooked whole grain rice (uncle ben's) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cream of chicken soup, water and rice together.
Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and French onion soup mix on top.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
