Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. margarine, melted, 1 small pkg. pepperidge farm corn bread stuffing mix, 1 chicken or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, stewed and deboned, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix margarine and stuffing.
Sprinkle half in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Distribute small pieces of chicken over this.
Mix the 2 soups with broth and pour over chicken.
Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, removing foil for the last 10 minutes.
