Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 4 chicken breasts, 2 cans asparagus, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil chicken breasts, debone and chop.
Grease 9 x 13-inch dish with butter.
Drain asparagus and put in bottom of casserole. Put chicken over asparagus.
Mix soup, lemon juice and mayonnaise together and pour over chicken.
Put grated cheese over soup mixture.
Sprinkle on cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
