Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) chicken, boneless and skinned, 2 c. uncooked rice, 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup, 1 soup can milk and 1/2 stick butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease baking pan.
Sprinkle rice over bottom.
Heat soup with milk.
Pour over rice.
Place chicken pieces evenly in pan.
Place pats of butter on top of chicken.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over all.
Seal pan with foil and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
