Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 4 lb.) fryer or substitute chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dumplings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken and remove from bone.
Cook dumplings in broth and then add rest of ingredients to dumplings, including chicken. Pour in casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs.
Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until browned.
Serves 18 to 20 people.
