Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boiled chicken breasts, chopped, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 large can mixed vegetables, partially drained and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cover bottom of dish with chicken.
Pour mixed vegetables, soup and broth over chicken.
Add chopped onion and celery salt. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix melted margarine, flour and milk together.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Do not stir.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
This is a quick fix recipe and tastes just like chicken pot pie.
