Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cooked chicken breasts, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 sticks margarine and 2 c. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Melt margarine and mix it with the stuffing mix.
Make sure all stuffing mix is well moistened. Put half of this mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and put the chicken on top.
Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; pour on top of chicken.
Put remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes.
