Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chicken, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 c. rice and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Skin chicken and cut into parts.
Salt, pepper and garlic the chicken.
Brown in skillet in butter.
(Margarine makes chicken stick.)
Add onion and saute.
Pour rice over chicken.
Put 2 cups water over all.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in can of cream of chicken soup and simmer 15 more minutes.
