Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut up, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream, pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Arrange chicken in buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken.
Use just enough stuffing mix to cover top of casserole and sprinkle poppy seed over this.
Pour melted butter over this and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
(Can make a day ahead and refrigerate.)
