Made with 1 c. instant rice, uncooked, 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, salt to taste and 1 cut-up chicken or 6 chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a large Pyrex dish.
Pour in rice.
Dilute soup with 1 can water.
Pour over rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice and soup.
