Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. pkg. croutons, 1 c. chicken broth, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place 1/2 croutons in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Heat broth and margarine.
Pour over croutons.
Combine chicken, celery and mayonnaise and spread over top of croutons.
Add chestnuts.
Pour rest of croutons on top.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Pour over all.
Let stand several hours or overnight refrigerated.
When ready to bake, pour mushroom soup over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add extra mushrooms if desired.
