Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/2 can broth from cooked chicken, 4 large chicken breasts and 1 pkg. ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken with an onion and butter.
When done, chop into chunks.
Mix together soup, sour cream and broth.
Add chicken to mixture and put in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine in Baggie and spread on top.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
