Made with 1 c. rice (uncooked old fashion rice, not instant), 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup, 1 cut up fryer, 1 1/2 cans water and 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place rice in buttered casserole dish.
Mix soups and water and pour over rice.
Arrange cut up fryer on top of rice.
Season chicken with salt and pepper lightly.
