Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 stems celery and 1 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook chicken in salt water until tender.
When cool, cut into small pieces.
Cook celery, onion and bell pepper in mushroom soup.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
Mix thoroughly the chicken pieces with all other ingredients, including spaghetti and mushroom soup.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into casserole; cover with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Add second layer of mixture; cover with remaining cheese.
Put into a 325Β° oven; bake until cheese is melted.
Serves 8 people.
