Place chicken and place in 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle rice over chicken.
In a bowl, mix together soups and water.
Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top.
Cover tight with foil. Cook at 375Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
