Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken up, 1/2 c. peas and carrots, 1 small can mushrooms, sliced, 1/4 c. chopped onions and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spaghetti, drain.
Place in a buttered oblong casserole. Saute onion in margarine until soft. Remove from heat, blend in bouillon cube, mustard, salt and pepper.
Slowly add milk and soup; stir.
Then add mushrooms with the juice.
Mix in meat, vegetables with sauce mixture, spoon over spaghetti.
Sprinkle the cheese over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
If too thick, add a little more milk.
This can be frozen for future use.
