Chicken Casserole

Cook and debone chicken.
Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour 1 cup broth over chicken.
Mix sour cream and can of soup together.
Add onion, if desired.
Spoon over chicken.
Crush Ritz crackers and add poppy seed.
Sprinkle on top of soup mixture.
Melt margarine and drizzle over crackers.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
