Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 c. chicken pieces (no skin), cooked (good for leftover turkey, also), 1 lb. pasta, noodles or macaroni, cooked al dente, onion, celery and green pepper, cut up and 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In greased good size casserole, place chicken and pasta, mixed all in pieces in water with chicken bouillon cubes just to soften a bit.
Pour over chicken and pasta.
Grate the cheese and cover the top of casserole with this cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about an hour or until liquid has been absorbed.
Cover the first 1/2 hour, then uncover to brown.
