Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, 1 stick oleo or margarine, 1/4 c. onions, 1/4 c. celery and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil chicken until done; remove skin and bones and cut up. Saute celery and onions until tender.
Mix with stuffing and 1/2 can chicken broth.
Mix the 2 cans of soup together and add rest of broth.
Grease casserole dish and layer stuffing mix, chicken and soup.
Reserve some stuffing for top of layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
