Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken Cacciatore is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix flour with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Heat oil and cook chicken over medium heat until brown, 15 minutes.
Drain.
Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and bay leaf.
Break up tomatoes; pour over chicken.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes; serve with spaghetti.
