Chicken-Cabbage Bake
Chicken-Cabbage Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1 small head cabbage, cut in wedges, 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings, 2 tbsp. water and 2 tsp. granular chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange cabbage wedges in deep 3-quart baking dish.
Top with half the onion rings and water.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Place chicken breast on top and add remaining onion rings.
Sprinkle with remaining bouillon, nutmeg and pepper. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove cover and adjust oven to 375° and bake for 15 minutes more or until chicken is brown and fork-tender.
