Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained, 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup, 2/3 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place broccoli in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Put chicken on top of broccoli.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs, stirring well.
Spoon mixture over chicken; top with crumbs.
