Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cooked chicken, sliced or diced bite size, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms (canned may be substituted), 2 to 3 lb. broccoli (frozen may be used), cooked, 16 oz. sour cream and noodles (2 pkg. lipton chicken flavored is good if you don't make your own), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix sour cream to cooked noodles and add to cooked chicken, broccoli and mushrooms.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cheese.
