Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Chicken Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. broccoli florets (about 1 1/4 lb.), 2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli in water in a covered saucepan or microwave until crisp-tender; drain.
Place broccoli in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch (2-quart) baking dish; set aside.
