Made with 8 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and pounded flat, 4 tbsp. butter, melted, 4 tbsp. ginger marmalade, 1 c. shredded coconut and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend well. Spread on both sides of the chicken breasts.
