Chicken Breasts with Dried Beef
Chicken Breasts With Dried Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 12 boned and skinned chicken breast halves (split whole breasts), 2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream and dried beef (in slices 1 or 2 per chicken piece, depending on size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Make roll with chicken breasts.
Wrap dried beef around it. If slice won't go around, use a second one.
Secure with
2 wooden toothpicks.
Arrange in baking dish; usually a 9 x 13-inch flat casserole will fit.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over it.
Bake at 280Β° for 3 hours uncovered.
Can be assembled ahead kept refrigerated covered, also reheats nicely.
(This is delicious worked at a recent progressive dinner didn't have to be watched and baked while I visited the other stops. - M.E.)
