Chicken Breast Supreme
Chicken Breast Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 large breasts of chicken and 4 tbsp. oil or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat both sides of chicken with flour mixture.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet.
Add remaining margarine, mushrooms, onions and parsley.
Saute until onions are transparent.
Stir in what is left of flour mixture and blend in wine.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Add chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Turn chicken occasionally to baste.
Serve over rice.
