Chicken Breast in Wine Sauce

Dredge chicken in flour; shake off excess.
Fry slowly in half of the butter until lightly brown.
Place skin side down in an open shallow baking pan.
Saute onion in remaining butter.
Add water, tomato juice, wine, paprika and salt.
Heat liquid.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken breasts over and bake at 350° until golden brown (about 20 to 30 minutes).
