Chicken Breast in Wine Sauce
Chicken Breast In Wine Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded flat, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp. parsley and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix butter, marjoram, seasoning mix, oregano and parsley together.
Place a dab of mixture in center of each chicken breast.
Add 2 slices of cheese and roll up.
Roll chicken in flour. Dip into egg, water and oil mixture.
Then dip in herb stuffing crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Melt remaining butter mixture with wine and add to chicken.
Bake 25 minutes more.
