Chicken Baba
Chicken Baba is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, butter, to 1/2 lb. mushrooms, c. marsala wine and c. sliced mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Clarify butter.
Flatten chicken breasts between waxed paper. Brown chicken on both sides in butter over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms; cook about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add Marsala; cook about 5 minutes.
Place Mozzarella on top.
It will melt quickly and chicken is ready to serve.
Goes well with steamed rice.
