Chicken Au Vin
Chicken Au Vin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 scant c. white wine and 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine mushroom soup, chicken soup and onion soup (all undiluted).
Add wine and coat chicken with sauce.
Place chicken in a glass dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook on high 16 to 18 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Rotate dish at 10 minutes. Allow standing time of 10 minutes.
