Chicken Au Miel
Chicken Au Miel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 c. melted margarine, divided and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients in paper bag.
Add the chicken and shake.
Put chicken pieces, skin side down, in shallow casserole.
Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine over.
Sprinkle with remaining flour.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Blend the honey, lemon juice, tarragon and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
Turn chicken over; cover with mixture.
Return to oven for another 30 minutes or longer, basting twice.
