Chicken Apricot
Chicken Apricot is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut up or breasts only, 2/3 c. water, 1 envelope dry onion soup, 12 oz. jar apricot preserves and 1 jar wish-bone russian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chicken in shallow baking dish, skin side down.
Combine rest of ingredients and spread half of sauce on chicken.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken over and add rest of sauce. Continue baking 50 to 60 minutes, or until done.
Can be frozen or prepared in advance.
