Chicken and Wine Casserole
Chicken And Wine Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, split in half, 1 small onion, diced, swiss cheese, 2 stalks celery (small pieces) and 1/2 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Boil chicken, celery, onion, salt and pepper until chicken is cooked.
Put chicken (without skin) in casserole dish.
Spoon out celery and onion over chicken.
Put cheese on top and then mushroom soup over.
Cover with bread cubes.

Bake in oven 1 hour at 350Β°, uncovered.
