Chicken and Wild Rice
Chicken And Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice, 6 split boneless chicken breasts, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 (6 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt butter in large pan and slowly cook chicken in the butter.
Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients to butter mixture to make sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.
In a large flat casserole dish put rice on bottom, then add chicken and sauce on top of rice mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Enjoy.
